Thanks to everyone that came out to the Taste of Chicago demo last week! Guests watched intently and asked great questions as Chef Julius showed them how to impress their friends with 2 dishes: Chilean Shrimp with Merken and Herbed Quinoa AND the Better Butter Cheddar Burger with Black Truffle Butter from Epicurean Butter PLUS wine pairings from Casillero del Diablo’s Winemaker’s Red Blend from the Concha y Toro family.
