Today is a great day to be in the TOTC kitchen. We have a new sponsor joining the team and they are ready for their close-up. Everyone, please join me in welcoming Red Monkey Foods (redmonkeyfoods.com) to the team. Add that link to your favorites. RMF is quite simply, one of the best and most diverse, seasoning companies that I know. For any of you that have had my food, you know that I am REAL SERIOUS, when it comes to the seasonings, often listing my favorites by name. Whether you are the type of person that likes to blend multiple seasonings to make the perfect rub that represents you…or you are the “one & done” home chef, they are the right company. I have been a fan of Red Monkey Foods for about two years. The blend that got me hooked was the Mango Habanera Rub. Simply stated, THIS IS THE BEST MANGO SEASONING EVER!!! That may not have been so simple but it is the truth. The Savory Steak Rub is OUTSTANDING. The number of blends they have available are far too many to name in just one post. Fortunately for us, we have plenty to come. As an added bonus, one of the key focus points is to bring serious flavor to natural and organic foods and making these flavors readily accessible. The partnership will be strong between Red Monkey Foods and A Tale of Two Chefs. On June 4th, we will also have another big announcement from TOTC and RMF. Become fans of Red Monkey Foods and Tale of Two Chefs on Facebook. Also, don’t forget to follow @TheChefJulius on Twitter. And by the way, here is your first recipe from your favorite private chef and you new favorite seasoning company:
